~ According to new regulations, the determination of a tourist has been changed. A Tourist is a person who entered Israel on a foreign passport and his/her passport was

stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or  B3.

~ For all other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship, one of which is Israeli, our rates are not valid.

The services on Jerusalem Hotels in Israel are provided by Diesenhaus Unitours Ltd. one of the largest Incoming Tour Operators in Israel. You may feel secure in the knowledge that you are receiving the most competitive rates, the best service and the confidence of a reputable Company.

Prices: The initial price displayed, after you conduct your search, (by date, number of people etc.), is the total price, for the duration of your stay. Why do we show the total? Due to price variances (low/high season, special promotions etc.), prices often change during your stay. If you click on the total price, a pop-up chart will appear which will allow you to view additional information, such as price per person etc.

User Login: When you make a reservation and have completed your personal details, the System will send you an email with your unique Login name and Password. Use this to review details of your booking – and to make additional reservations.

Reservations: Many reservations are made against an in-house room allotment. The names and dates are reported to the hotel 7 – 14 days prior to arrival.

Vouchers: Once your booking is confirmed, our Voucher is transmitted to the Hotel or Supplier automatically.

Services: In addition to the services displayed on this section of the Web site, we can also offer additional travel arrangements such as Private Tours, Domestic Flights, etc. Please contact us for any additional services.

Credit Card Payments: Your Credit Card details are encrypted for safety and may only be used to pay for the services you select. You will be debited for confirmed services only – bookings made On Request will be confirmed to you by email prior to debiting your Credit Card. Charges for reservations booked through this site will appear on your credit card statement as "Diesenhaus Unitours Ltd.".

Cancellations: It is possible to cancel reservations (access your reservation number, click More followed by Cancel), cancellation fees apply, as follows:

1. The credit card is charged immediately, in order for us to guarantee the booking. There is a $35 USD Administration fee for cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 working days) prior to arrival (except for holidays – see item #4).

2. Cancellations made between 72 hours and arrival date are subject to a fee equal to 2 night’s price (except for holidays – see item #4).

3. Non-show is subject to a fee equal to 3 night’s price (except for holidays – see item #4).

4. Cancellations of reservations for Holiday periods and High Season, made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 2 –3 nights cancellation fee, depending on Hotel policy.

Miscellaneous:

If specific details concerning your reservation are particularly important to you (such as pool opening hours, non-smoking rooms, Glatt Kosher food, furniture in the room etc.), please double check with our reservations staff. Hotels often change details, and do not inform us.
