1.     Log into the system

 

Type in the address to our website www.diesenhaus.com in the appropriate field in your Internet explorer, and select On-Line Reservations:

 

 

Make it your Home page:  Click on the icon provided  to make this page into your Home page for future ease.

 

Choose Language:  Use the list box provided to select your preferred language.

 

Members:  If you have previously made bookings, or if you have been provided with an Agent Number and Agent Password, fill these in the fields provided and click   (check ‘Remember Password for future ease).

 

New Agents:  If this is your first visit to our website and you are not a registered Agent, click  in order to record your details with us.

 


 

2.     Registering for the first time

If this is your first visit to our website and you are not a registered Agent, click  in order to record your details with us:

 

 

Fill in your Agency details in the relevant fields (those marked with a red asterisk * are mandatory).  Do not forget to fill in your telephone number including Area dialing codes.

 

Once you have completed the information, click  - you are then required to fill in some personal details.

Your personal email address

Your personal login name

Your personal telephone #

Your preferred language

Check here for Internet Access

Click here for the system to automatically grant you a personalized Password.

4.     Planning a Trip

Once you have logged into the system, you can now begin to search for services and make bookings ON-LINE!

 

 

§         NOTE the Special Offers we have, displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

§         NOTE the Service Bar at the top of the dialog that enables you to select different types of service.  The Yellow Arrow  indicates additional service types are available.  Click the arrow to view these options.

§         If you wish to make a new Hotel booking, proceed with the details, or click the icon of the Type of Service that you are interested in.

§         If you wish to review details of any of your previous Reservations or Quotations, click .

§         Click on any of the Links offered: , for further information; Terms and Conditions for making reservations on the site, on-line Manual (Acrobat pdf file) of our services, or click Contact Us to send an email enquiry to our office.

 


a)     Hotel Accommodation:

 

1.      Select the Country and/or Area (City) and Dates of Accommodation (Mandatory).

§   Click  to enable 'fine tuning' of your search for a specific Hotel name and/or Category and/or Room Type.

 

2.      Select the number of Rooms and Passengers (Mandatory).  The maximum number of Passengers sharing any one room is 3 (except when the hotel offers a Family Plan).

 

3.      Once you have made your selections, click  and the system displays all Hotels that match your search parameters.

 

§         On this screen, you may view Hotel information and pictures by clicking on the Hotel Name or the Thumbnail photograph, and view full details of all prices by clicking on the Price displayed.

v     A  next to a Hotel name means this Hotel is Recommended.

v     Your original choice is displayed on the left of the screen in a bobbing window.  Make changes in dates and click  to adjust them.

v     Use the ‘Sort By’ Radio Button to change the Order in which the options are displayed.

v     Click BACK on your Internet browser to adjust the Room Combination and/or Area.

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


3.      To make a firm reservation, click  on your chosen service to proceed with the Booking Process.

4.      To create a Quotation, or to select additional services, click  on your chosen service to proceed with collecting products into the ‘Shopping Cart’.

 

 

b)    Transfers

It is possible to book Arrival and / or Departure transfers from / to the Airport, after completing the reservation of Accommodation or other services.  See Adding Further Services.

 

 

c)     Car Rental:

From the default Hotel request screen, click on the  folder at the top; the filter options are displayed:

 

 

1.      Select the Pickup point (Airport or City).

2.      Select the Pickup Area (Country),

3.      If the Pickup point is an Airport, choose the Pickup Station.

4.      Select the Dates of Rental).

5.      Select the Driver Age.

§         Click  to enable 'fine tuning' of your search.

6.      Once you have made your selections, click  and the system displays all Cars that match your search parameters.

 

 

 

§         On this screen, you may view Car information and pictures by clicking on the Car Group Name, and view full details of all prices by clicking on the Price displayed.

7.      To make a firm reservation, click  on your chosen service to proceed with the Booking Process.

8.      To create a Quotation, or to select additional services, click  on your chosen service to proceed with collecting products into the ‘Shopping Cart’.


 

d)     Tours and City Breaks:

Click on the  folder and the filter options are displayed:

      

 

§         It is mandatory to select DATES and DESTINATION (tours operate in a variety of different languages).

 

§         Once you have made your selections, click  and the system displays all TOURS AND CITY BREAKS that match your search parameters.  Here you can see the choice of Tours available to you, the days of the week they depart, and the nearest departure date.

 

§         Click on the Tour Name to view full details of the Tour Itinerary, including a map.

 

§         Select the Room Combination required (top of the page) and click  on your chosen tour to proceed; the system now displays the accommodation level options available for the selected Tour, together with the Prices.

 

 

§         On this screen, you may view the Tour Itinerary by click on the Tour Name, you may view Hotel details by clicking on the Hotel name and you may view full details of all prices by clicking on the Price displayed.

§         Make your choice by clicking the mouse in the Sel. column, next to the required tour (verify that the Radio button appears against your selection), and then click  at the foot of the screen to proceed with the Booking Process. 

 


e)     Daily Excursions:

Click on the  folder and the filter options are displayed:

 

 

§         It is mandatory to select AREA, DATES and NUMBER OF ADULTS/CHILDREN.  Additional filter options are available to enable 'fine tuning' of your search.

 

§         Once you have made your selections, click  and the system displays all the Daily Excursion Tours that match your search parameters.

 

 

§         On this screen, you may view Tour information and pictures by clicking on the Tour Name, and view full details of all prices by clicking on the Price displayed.

5.     Finalizing the Booking Process

Having selected the service required, you have clicked .

 

Sometimes a Service offers OPTIONAL supplements and you MAY see a dialog like this:

Make your selection and click :

 

In accordance with the Room or Passenger Configuration chosen, the system displays the Passenger information dialog, in which to enter the details of the Passengers on whose behalf the booking is being made.

 

§         Fill in the Passenger information and click .

 

§         Your Reservation is now ready to be submitted, and full details are displayed for your confirmation:

 

IMPORTANT:  Until you confirm this (click ), your reservation has NOT yet been registered with us.

 

 

NOTE 2:  Click  to view Booking Terms and

     Conditions.

           

NOTE 3:  Click  to Confirm and submit the

      booking.

 

NOTE 4:  Click  to abort the reservation.

 

NOTE 5:  It is possible to print out the Reservation details. 

Click  to do so.  If you wish to produce a copy without your Agency commission appearing, Click   followed by  .

 

 

§         Once you have confirmed your reservation, the system displays your reservation, together with its BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER.  Make a note of this, for any further correspondence or follow-up.

 

    

NOTE 1:  Click on  above the service details, in order to add services to this booking (for the same passengers).

 

NOTE 2:  Click  to add a further free-format notation to the booking.

 

NOTE 3:  Click  to view and / or print an Itinerary of services reserved.

           

NOTE 4:  Click  to view and / or print the Booking Details page.

 

NOTE 5:  Click the Service Name to view full details such as address, telephone numbers and photographs, where available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


NOTE 6:  Click  to return to the Introduction page, in order to begin a new, unrelated reservation.

 

NOTE 7:  Click  to display a list of all the Reservations or Quotations made with us by your office.

 

 


 

6.     Making your selection into a saved Quotation

a.      Having selected the service required, you have clicked .

b.      Sometimes a Service offers OPTIONAL supplements and you MAY see a dialog like this:

Make your selection and click .  The Quotation screen is displayed, with details of your selection:

 


 

c.       From here it is possible to either add additional services to the quotation, to Save the Quotation or to convert this into a live reservation:

 

(i)      If you wish to select and/or compare additional services, click on the service type and repeat the selection process.  You will notice that any additional service automatically offers only the  option.  Each service selected will be appended to the Shopping Cart accordingly.

(ii)    If you wish to save the Quotation, click .

§         You are asked to provide one Passenger Name as Reference for the Quotation:

§         Click  and the Quotation is saved in our database with a unique reference number:

(iii)   If you wish to convert this into a live reservation, click  and follow the Booking Process.

 

Locate Previous Reservations

At any time, you may view a list of all the bookings you have made with our Company, whether they were made over the Internet, or directly with our office:

 

To view a list of any reservations:

 

1.      Access the Internet and Login with your special Code and Password.

 

2.      Click  and the list of reservations (numbered files that have the status “Open” and are active in our database) is displayed:

 

 

a.      If there are a great number of reservations, it is possible to filter the information displayed by using the options displayed at the foot of the screen.


 

           

 

Filter All reservations made by your Company.

 

Filter by a range of reference #’s

Filter by typing in a specific number or name, or the beginning of a name.

Filter by a range of Dates (dates of the services being provided

 

Filter by status (Open means active bookings, Quote means Quotations)

 

Filter by a range of Dates (dates that the bookings were created)

     

Once selections have been made here, click  in order to apply these selections to the list.

 

b.      Once you have located the required reservation, click on the Reference Number or Name to view full details of the booking, with the all service details and their status, and/or append additional services.

 


 

 

c.      From here you can:

·        View current status of services

·        Add more services to the Booking.

·        Cancel a booking

·        Return to the previous list of Bookings

·        Create a new Booking


 

§        Locate Previous Quotations

You may view a list of all the quotations you have received (that have not been converted to actual reservations).  You may have ‘saved’ a variety of services using the ‘Shopping Cart’, or you may have contacted our office directly for a quotation – all these are visible on our website:

 

To view a list of any quotations:

 

1.      Access the Internet and Login with your special Code and Password.

2.      Click  and the list of reservations (numbered files that have the status “Open” and are active in our database) is displayed.  Change the Status to “Quote” and click :

 

a.      If there are a great number of quotations, it is possible to filter the information displayed by using the additional options displayed at the foot of the screen.


 

           

 

Filter All reservations made by your Company.

§        Converting a Quotation into a live Reservation

 

a)      Locate the Quotation concerned.

b)      Click on the Reference Number or Name to view the all service details:

c)      Click   and proceed with the Booking Process.

 

 


 

§        Adding further services to existing Reservations

At any time, you may add supplementary services to an existing reservation.

 

To do so:

 

a.      Locate the Previous Reservation.

b.      Click  and make your choice from the service menu:

c.      Repeat the Booking Process.

          

 


 

Transfers:

If you wish to add an Arrival or Departure transfer to the booking, click on  ; the filter options are displayed:

 

ý     Click  in order to search for a One-Way transfer (all our transfers are One-Way).

ý     Once you have made your selections of date and your transfer AREA, click  and the system displays all Transfers that match your search parameters.

 

 

§         On this screen, you may view Transfer information and pictures by clicking on the Transfer Name, and view full details of all prices by clicking on the Price displayed.

 

§         Make your selection by clicking  against the appropriate transfer;

 

In the fields provided, fill in the exact location of the pick up and the drop off (Hotel name, or Flight number if the transfer is to or from the Airport) and the requested Transfer time (NOT the flight time) and click .

 

 

 

§        Changes and Cancellations

 

Presently, if you wish to make an amendment to a reservation, you should contact our office by fax or email with the Booking Reference number, and the changes required.

 

To Cancel a Booking:

a)     Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully to review the Cancellation policy.

b)     Access the list of Previous Reservations, and locate the Booking.

c)      Click on the Reservation Number or Name to view the all service details.

 

 

d)     Click Actions on the far right hand side of the service, and a menu offers two options:  Details (access to the Booking Details screen), and Cancel Reservation.

 

e)     Select the Cancel Reservation option and the Booking is cancelled; a warning message is displayed:

             

 

f)        If the Reservation contains several services, each must be cancelled separately.
